Responsibilities :

• Manage collection calls professionally, addressing both small and large balance accounts.
• Utilize skip tracing and research skills to gather necessary background information.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and payments.
• Meet monthly commission goals through effective collection strategies and follow-ups.

Requirements :

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with computers and online research tools for skip tracing.
• High motivation, attention to detail, and goal orientation.
• Valid Social Security Number (SSN) and fluency in English.
