Senior Civil Engineer - REMOTE
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with experience leading civil engineering projects, mentoring junior engineers, and managing civil designers. You will be involved in developing scopes of work, estimating project budgets, and collaborating with a team of engineers and designers. Ideal candidates should have experience in utility, stormwater, and grading design, with a preference for those with heavy industrial experience.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and design civil engineering elements using CAD software.
- Prepare technical reports and proposals.
- Incorporate land use, environmental laws, and permitting requirements.
- Design site layouts, access roads, grading, stormwater systems, containment features, and utilities.
- Estimate costs, schedules, and contractor costs for civil engineering designs.
- Lead and assist with permitting efforts, interacting with municipal agencies.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines.
- Travel up to 10% for field visits and project support.
