RESPONSIBILITIES :
Kforce has a financial technology client who is seeking to hire a Corporate Compliance Program Manager to join their Global Compliance team. This is a fully remote contract position.
Summary :
In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day execution of their global corporate compliance and integrity program. You will help promote and maintain a strong culture of integrity to help ensure our client's day-to-day operations are conducted openly and fairly. You will leverage your technical knowledge and experience to proactively identify issues, scale risk management strategies, and continuously improve the global program in support of our client's mission to grow the GDP of the internet. In carrying out this role, you will coordinate and work collaboratively with multiple team members.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 3 years of experience working in-house compliance, compliance related consulting, and / or forensics experience
- An understanding of the corporate compliance and integrity issues faced by a technology company
- Experience executing day to day operations of compliance programs
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills-including the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and data-driven skills
Compensation and Benefits :
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
