• 72 months of experience in analysis, Application solution designing, requirement gathering, development, requirements planning, quality assurance of enterprise grade applications and successfully led multiple releases to completion.
• 72 months of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, MQ Service, MDB, JCA).

Detailed Job Description : The ITS Shared Application Service - New York Business Express Team (NYBE) is developing an enterprise electronic licensing system using Microsoft ASP .Net technology for the Office of Cannabis CRM licensing systems. We require an HBITS to augment staff and to fill a skills gap for the OCM Back Office License CRM Projects. The consultant will guide the development effort to perform application development to create a new License Back Office CRM system. Provide solution design, create functional and technical documents. Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technology in support of OCM. Analyze, design and configure changes within the system to incorporate portal functionality. Work with architects and developers to configure and support various back office and Oracle integration points and activities.
