About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Architect to design and implement innovative solutions that integrate and extend SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP BTP services, architecture best practices, and enterprise-level solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Develop scalable and efficient architectures leveraging SAP BTP services, including Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and Analytics services, to support business requirements.
• Integration: Design and implement seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA (on-premises and cloud), third-party systems, and SAP Cloud applications.
• Customization: Build custom solutions on BTP to address specific business gaps, adhering to SAP best practices.
• Governance: Establish governance models and ensure compliance with enterprise guidelines for BTP account setup and service usage.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize BTP services for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Security: Implement robust security models, including Identity Authentication Service (IAS) integration with Active Directory, and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and operational procedures.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest BTP advancements, including AI, machine learning, and automation capabilities, to propose innovative use cases.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 4 years in SAP BTP.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in SAP BTP services, such as Integration Suite, SAP Build Process Automation, CAP, Event Mesh, and ABAP Environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, both on-premises and cloud editions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development and API Management.
• Understanding of data modelling and tools like SAP Datasphere and HANA Cloud.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications: SAP BTP certifications are a plus.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD for SAP applications.
• Experience with AI Core and Generative AI for building intelligent applications.
• Familiarity with cost management tools and strategies for BTP.
