Aon is looking for a Business Continuity Project Manager

Aon Global Risk Consulting is searching for an experienced Business Continuity Project Manager to join its team as a consultant. This person will be an integral part of our consulting practice assisting in the design and delivery of BCM services to our clients domestically and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of knowledge and understanding of key Business Continuity Management (BCM) methodologies, strategies, and tactics. The person will be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a dynamic team environment and support (and in some cases lead) the delivery of BCM services across a variety of industries. We are looking for a self-starter who can project-manage an Engagement (including a limited number of consultants) with minimal direction. Key to this person's responsibilities will be to ensure the clients' expectations are consistently met.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Champion credibility as an expert in the field of BCM with clients and colleagues; be recognized as an effective problem solver.
• Deliver quality BCM and risk products and services to clients.
• Ensure work product consistently meets expectations for timeliness and accuracy.
• As appropriate, establish and maintain solid relationships with internal Aon and Aon Global Risk Consulting leadership and individual decision makers for client accounts.
• Use Aon resources wisely and in a cost-effective manner, establishing achievable budgetary parameters and meeting such parameters on a consistent basis.
• Collaborate with AGRC's Business Continuity Management (BCM) Consulting Team to :
• Provide input into Engagement Proposals for BCM services.
• Develop, implement, and administer strategies, project plans, policies, techniques, and services for the sale of BCM services to targeted Aon clients and prospects.
• Effectively manage time and resources to ensure adherence to Engagement scope and allocated consulting hours.

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $140,000 to $160,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
