What You'll Do:
- Lead healthcare projects with a focus on quality, detail, and innovation
- Oversee the technical production of drawings and coordinate with consultants and team members
- Present designs to clients with clarity and confidence
- Foster sustainable design strategies in line with LEED and WELL standards
What We're Looking For:
- 8–12 years of architectural experience, preferably with healthcare projects
- Strong Revit skills; experience with Bluebeam Revu, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, and 3D modeling tools
- Deep technical knowledge and drawing production experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Passion for design and a drive to push healthcare architecture forward
