- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures and ensure sterile processing of medical instruments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Participate in diagnostic evaluations and laboratory testing as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to assist in patient assessments and care.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong skills in medical documentation and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- Experience or knowledge in pediatrics is a plus.
- Proficiency in suture techniques and aseptic practices preferred.
- Ability to perform triage effectively, ensuring timely patient care.
