Overview :
The data scientist will be involved in multi-cohort Human Biomedical Research studies. He / she will be based at Alexandra Hospital. He / she is expected to extract valuable insights and actionable knowledge from large, complex datasets. He or she is expected to work closely with the principal investigator and senior research members in data analysis, interpretation, and modelling of the data to drive innovation and support evidence-based decision-making.
Job Responsibilities :
- Investigate and understand large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning, statistical techniques, or artificial intelligence.
- Create algorithms to forecast trends and enhance decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-backed recommendations.
