Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop the corporate brand entity in consultation with the Business Unit (BU) Heads.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and strategize the implementation of marketing plans.
- Collaborate with BU Heads to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Allocate resources effectively across various marketing initiatives while ensuring optimal ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and modify strategies as needed.
- Actively participate in industry associations and networking events to expand knowledge and build relationships.
- Reach out to potential customers and act as a bridge connecting potential customers and BU Heads.
- Planning and execution of marketing activities.
- Establishing the company's brand identity and reputation within the construction industry.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Follow safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazards at the workplace.
