We are looking to hire a Hospitality Associate that will work with the client's Executive Concierges, Space Management Team, and employees to ensure that catering is delivered and meeting needs are met for high-level partner and client meetings.

Job Functions % Of Activity
Manage and confirm conference room and one large meeting room 10% Daily
Meet with the clients to confirm logistics & conduct a walk-through of the space
Capture data and report customer interactions. 5% Daily
Capturing information on IT, Facilities, Meeting Support, and Catering regarding the event 10% Daily
Issue Special Event Forms to the staff detailing meeting and event logistics 10% Daily
Participate in weekly events meetings and provide information to staff about the events coming up. 5% Daily
Manage, clean, organize, and maintain inventory of kitchenettes 15% Daily
Manage inventory of snacks, beverages, coffees, teas, creamers, sweeteners, cups, plates, etc. 10% Daily
Place all catering order for onsite firm events, luncheons, and meetings 20% Daily
Provide backup coverage / support for reception during breaks 10% Daily
Reports
- Runs daily set-up worksheet reports
- Create weekly event sheets
- Create weekly / monthly room usage reports 5% Daily
Review and adhere to Forrest Solutions and client policies and procedures including outline safety regulations. Note that client policies and processes will generally supersede Forrest Solutions. Forrest Solutions Management will clarify as necessary.
