Your Role
Gensler Phoenix is seeking a Junior
Designer
with a minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience. We are looking for someone who thinks critically, approaches work with tenacity and consistency and can develop work in a group or independently. You will collaborate with project leaders and develop materials for project delivery and client presentations.
What You Will Do
Work with Project Leadership and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development and productionResolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutionsProduce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and assist in construction drawingsAssist, team communication and consultant coordinationContribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs
Your Qualifications
Professional degree in architecture1-3 years of related project experienceKnowledge of Revit, Adobe Suite, Rhino preferredOutstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideasKnowledge of InDesign, SketchUp, Grasshopper, Parametric Modeling, a plusFlexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of developmentAbility to communicate design ideas and direction quicklyA quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
