What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leadership Development Program - Quality position at Jobsphere?
This Leadership Development Program is a 24-month rotational program, which will begin July 14, 2025.
This role will focus on ensuring that plant production processes deliver optimal quality food products for customers. This role will oversee quality control measures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards (like HACCP and GMP).
Requirement:
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in a related field (each function will have different degree requirements)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams, with a track record of getting things done at a high level of quality.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, with an ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team to achieve goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Compensation:
The typical hiring range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 annually.
