CLASS ACTION Litigation Attorney 2 years of experience in class action litigation, (nice to have some exp with Employment Law - Plaintiff) Must have strong understating of Class Action Procedures & Litigation Processes Terms : Full time direct hire$150000 250000 fantastic benefitsREMOTE - ONLY CA licensed attorneys will be considered.Location of the firm : Century city CaliforniaTerms : Full time direct hire with fantastic benefits.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience : Minimum of with 3-5 years of experience with class action litigation, preferably in employment law.
  • Licensure : Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Case Management : Assist in managing class action cases from inception through resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for depositions and trials.
  • Client Communication : Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to their cases.
  • Legal Research and Writing : Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Discovery : Assist in all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and preparing for depositions.
  • Court Appearances : Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
