The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Coating Operator to work at a company located in the Davie area!
The Coating Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining coating equipment used to apply protective or functional coatings to pharmaceutical tablets. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to strict quality and safety standards, and efficient coordination with the production team to meet manufacturing goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Machine Operation :
Set up, operate, and monitor coating machines in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Measure, mix, and prepare coating solutions based on precise formulations.
Conduct visual and physical inspections of coated tablets to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and product specifications.
Clean and sanitize coating equipment, tools, and work areas to prevent cross-contamination.
Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
