Our client is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Dispatcher full-time with great communication and good phone voice to join their dynamic team. Generator or plumbing experience. To answer high volume calls. It is a great corporation to work for this will be on a temporary basis and for the perfect candidate will be a temp to hire. Must be flexible to work 7:30 am till 4 pm/ OT During Hurricane season.

Responsibilities of position
- Scheduling technicians with clients for maintenance, service and repair calls; rescheduling when emergencies come up
- Ensure parts are ordered, follow up to ensure techs have the parts they need for the service calls
- Track service orders
- Bill service orders
- Answering phones
- Customer service – answering questions on service needs or invoices
- Entering data in CRM and excel
