The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to work at a company located in the Miami / Doral area!
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as Facility Maintenance Support, specializing in Air Conditioning (AC) and Security systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with the ability to draft comprehensive reports using PowerPoint presentations. This role will involve providing support to the facility maintenance team with a focus on AC and Security systems, as well as contributing to data analysis and reporting tasks.
Responsibilities
- AC and Security System Maintenance :
- Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and security systems within the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections of AC units and security equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues.
- Coordinate with external contractors or service providers for specialized maintenance tasks or repairs when necessary.
- Administrative Support :
- Provide administrative assistance to the facility maintenance team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Utilize Excel to organize and manage data related to maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts.
- Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : PPT Reports
- Use Excel to analyze maintenance data, identify trends, and generate insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compile data and draft reports on AC and Security system performance, maintenance activities, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
- Documentation and Compliance :
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and service histories for AC and Security systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to AC and Security system maintenance.
- Training and Support :
- Provide training and guidance to staff members on the proper use and maintenance of AC and Security systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and support related to AC and Security system operations.
- Able to book travel arrangements
