The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Night Shift Manager to work at a company located in the Miami Gardens area!
Job Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Manager to oversee the operation of embroidery machines and digitizing processes in our production facility. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 15 to 20 operators working on 15 to 20 Tajima embroidery machines. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of embroidery production, and the ability to ensure quality and efficiency during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night shift team, ensuring all operators are trained and performing their tasks efficiently.
- Oversee the operation of Tajima embroidery machines, ensuring they are set up correctly and maintained throughout the shift.
- Manage the digitizing process, ensuring designs are accurately translated for embroidery production.
- Monitor production schedules and output, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate maintenance and repair needed.
