Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional service to both applicants and clients alike.
Ability to multi-task and follow through with tasks as directed by your supervisor.
Enjoy working in a high volume fast-paced team environment

This position is primarily a Monday through Friday role, unless additional time is needed to fill client demands.
Responsibilities of position
This is an in-house position for a full cycle recruiter.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing customer orders, from start to finish. Utilizing Social Media Platforms and internal programs to maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates and existing and potential customers.
The ideal candidate will perform required screenings and interviews, offer available jobs to qualified candidates. Should have strong personal skills , and have the ability to build relationships with a diverse pool of candidates and customers alike.
In this role, you’d be matching candidates to open positions in an effective and timely manner.
Administer drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment tests as required.
Conduct orientations, on-boarding, counsel, coach and at times relieve associates of their duties when their performance is not up to the required standards set in place.
On a daily basis, also interacting and building relationships with current clients to meet their needs and expectations, provide
input to client management and provide appropriate resolution of employee related issues with the support of your direct manager.
