- Previous slitter or similar machinery experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and measuring skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours.
