Job Description
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential customers. This role requires previous experience in lead development from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Ultimately, the Business Development Representative will drive sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the printing industry, with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Experience with quoting and estimating in print, fulfillment, and BPO environments.
- Understanding of value-based selling in creative, commercial, digital printing, and fulfillment solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in developing new business.
