Sign-on Bonus : $500 at 30 days, additional $500 at 6 months (total of $1,000)

Job Description :
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling small, complex hydraulic systems, including fuel pumps and pneumatic valves. This role requires strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude, as you will work with precision hand tools, power tools, and blueprints to assemble components that ensure high-quality standards for military and aviation applications. This position offers a direct hire opportunity with long-term potential for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble fuel pumps, pneumatic valves, and related components using hand tools and power tools.
- Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to assemble products with high precision.
- Ensure that assembled components meet quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize test equipment to verify the functionality of products.
- Work collaboratively in small team-based “cell” environments.
- Demonstrate excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail during assembly.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment at all times.
