Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, and Service teams on deal adjustments and customer order processing.
- Analyze, process, and validate Term Begin Date Adjustments, Lease Buyouts, and Assignment Agreements.
- Manage contract credits, cancellations, and revenue recognition.
- Coordinate RMA strategies, timelines, and logistics for returns.
- Support field teams with contract analysis and asset management.
- Prioritize and complete tasks to meet monthly deadlines.
