JobsRUs.com is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 90-day temporary contract to support our client in St. Albans, VT. This is a remote role focused on recruiting top talent from out of state to relocate to Vermont for manufacturing and industrial positions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and identify qualified candidates in the manufacturing / industrial sector
- Screen applicants and assess their experience and fit
- Coordinate and schedule 2nd interviews with the client
- Develop strategies to attract and engage out-of-state talent
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring needs
