DESCRIPTION :
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor machine to perform a variety of Machine Injection and Compression Press processes which will result in electrical safety products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Excellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues.
Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to process improvements.
Strong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively.
Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.
Must Have :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment.
This can be an entry level position.
Prior experience as a machine operator is desired.
Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis.
