JobsRUs.com is a service-oriented staffing / recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Ithaca, NY.
Shift : Monday- Friday 8 am- 5 pm
Overtime Available
Salary Range : $17.50-21 / hr DOE
Responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the entire property. Inventory of all maintenance products. Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical and mechanical work Maintain all sidewalks and entrances to facility. Vacuum, sanitize, and wash all walls, windows, and doorways to each lobby location. Maintenance to all cleaning equipment. Cleaning of the vacant units. Landscaping, minor maintenance items, and grounds maintenance. Removal all trash in and around the facility and place it in the dumpsters. Any other duties assigned. Ladders limited to 3 feet or less. Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.

Job Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience working at a property complex prior.
