DESCRIPTION : Position Overview :
The ideal candidate will have experience in PLC troubleshooting and programming, as well as basic maintenance skills.
HVAC experience is a plus.
This role involves overseeing facility maintenance, IT, and safety, supporting off-ball experiments and equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and machinery.
Program and troubleshoot PLC systems to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment, including CNC operations and dye-cutting machines.
Provide maintenance support for HVAC systems (preferred but not required).
Repair and maintain older equipment, including testing machines and molds used for pressing doors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide IT support as needed.
Requirements :
3-5 years of PLC and maintenance experience
Manufacturing background with experience repairing and testing machines
Proficiency in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Facility maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, general repairs)
Salary : $55
