Job Description :
Substation Engineering Department of Central Engineering is looking for a motivated professional to join the SPEED section specializing in electrical engineering. This role involves managing the engineering and design at substations and generating stations, from inception to close-out. Responsibilities include preparing planning documents, budget requests, equipment specifications, vendor bid documents, calculations, and reviewing engineering drawings. The role also requires meeting with vendors and customers to optimize designs and establish project schedules.
This position entails supporting project commissioning during outages and emergencies. Additionally, the role includes performing various related tasks and assignments as required.
RequiredSkills :
Required Background in Electrical Engineering
Previous experience / knowledge in Substation
Prior experience reviewing engineering substation drawings
Prior experience with budgeting
Soft Skills :
Customer Service both written and verbal
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
