JobsRUs.com formerly CorTech is a service-oriented staffing / recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for an Temporary Office Assistant in Monroe Township, NJ.
Monday to Friday
8am to 5pm, 40 hours
16.50-18.50 / hour
Temporary
Responsibilities will include providing organizational overflow support for this fast-paced management office and providing excellent customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and co-workers. Other duties will include, but not be limited to, answering phones, greeting incoming visitors, processing incoming / outgoing mail, preparing office correspondence and completion of forms, maintaining files, and ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Office Assistant Job Duties :
- Minimum 1 years Office Assistant prior experience, preferably with some customer service.
- Strong written, verbal communication skills needed.
- Prior data entry inputting experience needed.
- Proficient MSOffice skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Math aptitude - good with numbers; strives for accuracy; excellent at proofreading.
- Must like to be super busy – excellent organizational, time management skills needed.
