Pay Rate : $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
About the Role :
Join our client’s Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division, a global leader in engine fuel, lubrication, and thermal management systems for aerospace / defense and industrial applications. We are seeking an Assembly / Test Technician to accurately and efficiently assemble and test moderately complex products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble and test mechanical / hydraulic components using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, test specifications, and customer requirements.
- Perform lockwiring, subassembly, detailing, and surface painting.
- Troubleshoot and rework malfunctions as instructed.
- Maintain a Foreign Object Damage (FOD) free work area and follow all safety guidelines.
- Actively participate in lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Train and mentor less experienced team members.
