Position Overview :
The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR), an agency of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, is seeking a Business Analyst to assist in the implementation, integration, and process improvement efforts of its practice management application migration. This position will be responsible for gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and working with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition. The analyst will work closely with OLR staff, CCAP, and vendors to design, develop, and implement improved processes and workflows.
This role requires excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders. The analyst must have strong documentation abilities, experience with process mapping, and familiarity with business analysis frameworks.
