This role involves order management, proposal development, contract negotiation, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration and order management within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.Key Responsibilities : -Administer moderately complex contracts by analyzing performance requirements and purchase order terms-Evaluate delivery schedules, pricing, and contract provisions to ensure compliance-Develop and submit technically and commercially compliant proposal packages-Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and business issues in accordance with company policies-Monitor contract financial performance, delivery schedules, and recommend amendments as needed-Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned contracts-Assist in export compliance administration and ensure adherence to industry regulations-Utilize lean principles to streamline processes and implement standard workQualifications : -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field-Contract management certification preferred (NCMA or IACCM)-Two or more years of experience in contract administration or a directly related field-Knowledge of contract administration principles, legal regulations, and industry standards-Strong proficiency in business software applications and contract management systems-Ability to analyze contract terms and recommend procedural improvements-Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure favorable terms-Experience working in aerospace, manufacturing, or government contracting is a plus-US Citizenship or Green Card requiredApply today to join a dynamic team and advance your career in contract administration.
