We are seeking a skilled Digital Print Production Specialist to join our team at JobsRUs.com in Manor, TX. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for producing and amending digital files to prepare them for printed materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process multiple production job orders daily and plan jobs for efficient production runs to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate and manage job orders and project assignments from preflight to delivery, ensuring high-quality results and legal compliance.
- Work closely with graphic artists and department leaders to obtain necessary approvals and ensure quality control.
- Maintain equipment inventories, perform printer maintenance, and evaluate new equipment and techniques.
- Manage approved jobs through to completion, working with vendors to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Enter job orders into management information systems and create shipping labels.
- Maintain all relevant paperwork and backup for invoicing purposes.
