Job Summary
As a General Laborer, you will perform various tasks related to grounds and property maintenance. Your duties may include general cleaning, trash removal, moving heavy furniture or equipment, and performing repairs and maintenance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Remove and dispose of discarded furniture, trash, and other debris from vacated apartments
- Perform general repairs and maintenance as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:
- Basic computer/typing and data entry skills
- Painting, cleaning, or general labor experience (desired)
- Good communication and listening skills
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Comfort working independently and in a team environment
- Good time management skills
