Top Required Skills & Years of Experience : - 8 years' experience with VB.NET - 8 years' experience with Oracle PL-SQL - 5 years' experience with object-oriented design Nice to Have Skills : - Knowledge of State of Wisconsin Unemployment Insurance Systems - Certification (not required) Hardware / Software Environment : VB.NET, C#, Object-Oriented Design, MVC, MVVM, Visual Studio.NET, MS Team Foundation Server, MS Azure DevOps, Oracle PL-SQL Additional Comments : Experience with government, insurance, accounting, or case management systems is a plus.
