Job Title: Cleaner
At JobsRus, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas in our property.
We offer a part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week with competitive pay ranging from $15-17/hour. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as well as strong communication skills for interacting with residents, contractors, and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Clean common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waxing
- Dust and sanitize surfaces and bathrooms
- Assist with grounds maintenance and snow removal
- Perform general maintenance repairs, such as drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, and HVAC (with training)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of prior maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior apartment or home repair maintenance experience helpful
