Job Description
Safety and Environmental Responsibilities
Follow all safety rules safety is a condition of employment.
Report any accidents or safety concerns immediately.
Participate in safety, quality, and housekeeping programs.
Reduce environmental impact and follow waste disposal regulations.
Keep work areas and equipment clean.
Inspect and maintain vehicles and equipment.
Support plant improvement initiatives
Quality Responsibilities
Perform quality checks and record results.
Adjust control panel settings as needed.
Identify and report material defects.
Communicate with team members about quality issues.
Ensure finished products meet weight and thickness standards.
Productivity Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machines winders, packaging, banding, etc..
Print and apply labels, manage scrap, and stack reworked material.
Assist with web breaks, threading, and product changes.
Follow standard procedures and respond to alarms.
Support training of colleagues and adapt to changing priorities.
Attend work regularly and rotate shifts as needed.
Skills and Requirements
Strong safety awareness.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Basic math and computer skills Excel, Outlook, SAP, etc..
High School Diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred. #ZR
