We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards.
- Ensure new models and enhancements are designed in an integrated and optimal manner.
- Maintain & optimize existing Anaplan models, capturing and delivering requirements for new or improved functionality to enhance automation and integration.
- Perform testing and debugging of Anaplan applications to identify and resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical/application support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications, working closely with end-users.
- Stay up to date with Anaplan features and enhancements, proactively identifying opportunities to improve incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, and planning processes.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and data teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Anaplan with other systems and processes.
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation.
- At least 5 years of experience with Anaplan product (minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models).
- Extensive experience in Anaplan model building.
- Strong experience with core financial and enterprise performance management processes, including:
- Incentive compensation management
- Performance reporting/analytics
- Planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Passion and ability to create holistic, end-to-end, integrated solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and optimize processes beyond just gathering requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
