Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Conduct financial audits, including year-end close processes and reconciliations.
- Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to manage client financial records.
- Ensure all financial reporting aligns with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients, identifying tax-saving opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Certification: CPA license (Preferred, but will consider strong candidates willing to obtain certification quickly).
- Experience:
- 5-10 years of corporate tax experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, auditing, year-end close, budgeting, and forecasting.
