Position Overview: As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will play a critical role in evaluating project specifications, conducting thorough roofing assessments, and preparing accurate cost estimates. You will collaborate with project managers, clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Assessment & Site Inspections
- Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
- Conduct on-site roofing inspections to assess existing conditions and identify potential challenges.
- Gather critical data to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates.
- Use industry-specific estimation software to generate detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and project expenses.
