Join Our Team We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Support Level 2 professional to join our team as a Beneficiary Services Specialist. In this critical role, you will facilitate inheritance and legacy transfers for individual clients, providing world-class service and guidance throughout the process. You’ll serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting clients, Financial Advisors, Client Service Associates, and Branch Management in a virtual branch environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the inheritance process, offering personalized, one-on-one support.
- Provide consistent communication via phone and email with professionalism, empathy, and transparency.
- Process and monitor client service requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion in line with internal SLAs.
- Set and manage expectations with clients and beneficiaries while ensuring consistent follow-up and proactive updates.
- Deliver exceptional service in all interactions with both internal teams and external clients.
- Conduct research to resolve client issues efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all case interactions using internal systems.
- Monitor and manage active caseloads daily using various technology tools.
- Uphold firm security policies to protect client identities and prevent fraud.
- Stay current on SEC/FINRA regulations and apply compliance best practices to daily operations.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Active Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63 and 65 combination required).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on client servicing, account transitions, estates, trusts, or retirement planning.
