As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting ERP systems, generating actionable reports, and partnering with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You’ll ensure seamless ERP performance and play a lead role in the delivery of high-impact projects across our multi-site manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain IQMS (DELMIAworks) ERP and related systems to support operational needs.
- Design and develop Crystal Reports for various departments and stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret data to generate insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate across departments (manufacturing, finance, supply chain, etc.) to understand and implement ERP solutions.
- Lead the rollout of new ERP modules and system upgrades across multiple sites.
- Perform system testing, documentation, training, and support activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed.
- Maintain high standards for data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Create and document standard operating procedures and training materials.
- Ensure ERP systems support 24/7 manufacturing operations with minimal downtime.
- Evaluate and implement BI/reporting tools as needed.
- Provide recommendations for version control, process improvements, and enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with IQMS and Crystal Reports.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, systems configuration, and ERP workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
- Demonstrated ability to implement ERP systems across manufacturing environments.
- Experience in plastics manufacturing or similar production industries.
- Familiarity with other ERP platforms and BI/reporting tools.
- Experience with quality management systems and multi-ERP environments.
- Involvement in IT integration during company acquisitions.
