Job Summary: We are seeking a Veterinary Technical Solutions Specialist to provide expert product support, veterinary guidance, and compassionate customer service in disease management and control. This role serves as a key technical resource for veterinarians, veterinary staff, animal owners, and internal stakeholders by addressing product inquiries, quality complaints, and adverse event reports. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed veterinarian or registered veterinary technician (RVT) with a passion for customer support, technical problem-solving, and regulatory compliance. Primary Responsibilities: Veterinary Technical Support & Product Guidance
- Act as a technical resource for product support and customer service related to BIAH animal health products.
- Provide veterinary expertise on disease management and control, answering inquiries from veterinarians, veterinary staff, animal owners, and BIAH employees.
- Maintain knowledge of FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations related to adverse event reporting and technical product complaints.
- Capture, document, and report adverse events and product complaints in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all customer interactions and product support follow SOPs and compliance guidelines.
- Work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Provide high-quality, ethical, and professional customer service to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, pharmacovigilance requirements, and GMP compliance.
- Minimum 3 years of veterinary practice experience (clinical or industry-related).
- Experience in a regulated animal health environment or veterinary call center (Preferred).
- Strong understanding of customer service needs in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with pharmacovigilance regulations, complaint handling, and GMP compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with veterinarians, pet owners, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess product inquiries and complaints.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
