The Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment for AnMed. Duties include recruiting talent, sourcing / screening applications, representing AnMed at job fairs / career events, responding to inquiries about employment opportunities, assisting in retention programs, workforce development, and developing / implementing the recruitment marketing plan. The Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter will have knowledge of health care recruitment systems and the ability to interact, relate to, work with, and support activities of a diverse workforce.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Required Qualifications :
- HSD / GED.
- Two (2) years recruitment or general HR experience.
- Exposure to HR processes, such as behavioral interviewing, candidate evaluation, and knowledge of current labor laws.
- Communicate effectively through writing and oral presentation.
- Relate positively to people and work in cooperation with others effectively to coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks.
- Must be able to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, manage multiple projects, and coordinate requests to successful completion.
