This role ensures a smooth closing process by delivering exceptional customer service and proactive communication with both internal and external clients.
Schedule: 10 AM to 7 PM CST or PST
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with related teams to achieve overall objectives, ensuring alignment and integration across departments.
- Drive the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the closing process through accurate execution of duties.
- Identify and resolve uncommon or complex issues, using established procedures or precedents.
- Analyze and select solutions, ensuring efficient and compliant closings.
- Effectively communicate complex information, including dependencies and relationships between tasks within the team and other departments.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, making adjustments to processes as needed to enhance efficiency and results.
- Act as a resource for less experienced team members, providing guidance and support, while managing your own responsibilities without supervisory duties.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, lender instructions, and title requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to resolve uncommon issues and think critically under pressure.
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Desired:
- Familiarity with real estate closing software and tools.
- Ability to mentor and support team members.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and escrow procedures.
Education:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
