We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join the team of a National Title Insurance company in Sherman Oaks.
This is a long-term temporary position. A minimum of 4 year experience is required.
bout the job :
Responsible for reviewing HUDs for approval / communicating with the closing coordinators
ssist closing coordinators with title clearance (commitment and document review)
ssist with policy requests and review
ssist Disbursements Dept. when needed
Knowledge of Client Online banking systems
Handle Customer Service calls
Work closely with Closing Teams when issues arise
ssist with all Post Closing issues
Hold and maintain an Escrow Officer license by attending or participating in webinar training sessions for required continuing education credits
Perform all other duties as assigned.
