We are seeking a full-time on-site Associate Attorney specializing in Elder Law for our law firm located in Goshen, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our Estate Planning & Elder Law team. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, assisting with the management of our client maintenance program, and meeting with clients.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, committed to excellence, and demonstrate a strong interest in Estate Planning and Elder Law, as evidenced by prior experience or relevant coursework during law school. We offer comprehensive training, both in-house and through affiliated national organizations specializing in estate planning and elder law.
pplicants should submit a resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample. Compensation is competitive for the Hudson Valley region, and we also offer origination fees for new matters brought into the firm by associates. 3L students are welcome to apply.
Qualifications :
- Excellent research, analysis, and writing skills
- Demonstrated interest in Elder Law and Trusts & Estates
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
