About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team and assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
  • Conduct market research and provide property evaluations
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
  • Guide clients through the sales process, including contracts and negotiations
  • Stay updated on local real estate trends and regulations
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses
  • Utilize MLS and other real estate tools to list and find properties

Requirements

  • Active Real Estate License in Florida
  • Experience in real estate sales (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to build relationships and provide excellent client service
