We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to both employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage and schedule courier deliveries
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and applying postage
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed
- Ensure refreshment areas are stocked and maintained
- Provide general administrative assistance to team members
