Key Responsibilities :
- Process and manage Florida real estate transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and interpret real estate contracts and title insurance requirements.
- Perform order entry and manage requests for surveys, lien searches, and estoppels, including addressing related matters.
- Fulfill lender title order requests and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of 30-40 files while meeting deadlines and delivering top-tier service.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
